Shearer Painting is currently looking for highly qualified JOURNEYMEN PAINTERS as well as EXPERIENCED LEAD PAINTERS.
$10 – $18 per hour

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPERIENCED LEAD PAINTERS:
1. At least 3 years of verifiable painting experience (both interiors and exteriors)
2. Must have your own set of tools
3. Comfortable on ladders, scaffolding, Bosuns chairs, etc.
4. High quality prep work and experience using oil based finishes, varnishes a must
5. Must be adept at using an airless sprayer (both latex and oil). Experience spraying cabinets a plus
6. Knowledge of various paint products and their applications
7. Ability to switch from high end jobs to less precision painting
8. Valid Washington drivers license & social security card or acceptable form of identification
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPRENTICE:
1. Valid Washington drivers license
2. Moderate to Mid-Level Painting experience
3. Great attitude
